Adult Individual Therapy
Due to COVID-19, I’m currently only offering telehealth through a secure, confidential telehealth platform.
Sessions are $175 for an intake session, and then $150 for 50-minute sessions after that.
I am currently able to see clients through most Aetna and Optum/UHC plans.
If you would like to go through insurance, please call the number on your insurance card to confirm that I’m listed as an in-network provider for your specific plan.
A limited number of sliding scale slots are available. Please ask if this is something you would like to know more about.

What is a superbill?
A superbill is a receipt I can provide to you, that you would submit to your insurance company. Then, depending on your specific health insurance plan, you may get a reimbursement. I would recommend calling your health insurance company first to see what your benefits are.
Is there a benefit to doing private pay, even if you (eventually) accept my insurance?
While some folks wouldn’t be able to do therapy without health insurance, if you have the financial flexibility to do private pay, it’s worth considering. Private pay can offer you more confidentiality, more options for treatment, and may end up saving you more money in the long run. Use this guide for more information.
